SHIM POWER SUPPLIES - MXA SERIES CONFIGURATION The configuration of MXA shim power supplies can be varied over a range of load characteristics and output currents (up to 5 amperes full scale) with digital and analog output controls. Voltage off-set channels are available for X, Y, Z and Z0 gradient offset and pulsed compensation channels. Direct
analog inputs for all channels are provided. Digital interfaces, such as
RS-232, TCP/IP, IEEE-488 and CAN bus using the internal digital-to-analog
converter unit are available, and can be customized to
function with proprietary interfaces. The
systems are self-contained, AC powered, digitally programmable,
high-speed, transconductance amplifiers and include regulated DC power
supplies, cooling, optically isolated interfaces, status indicators, and
