WITH INTEGRATED SHIMS FOR ANIMAL IMAGING
BFG
SERIES

With
maximized duty cycles and gradient strength, short rise times, very high
gradient uniformity and large DSV, the BFG series of high performance
gradients was designed for advanced techniques and applications, such as
echo-planar imaging, angiography and localized spectroscopy at high
magnetic fields.
Design
parameters of each unit from this series can be customized to match the
parameters of existing gradient amplifiers. The BFG series is
supplied with 14 channels of integrated shims, or 7 channels of extra
strong shims that can be driven at higher currents.
Z2
and Z4 shim coils are wound using NetZeroTM technology, which
prevents coupling to the magnet coils.
